Great point Lush, no one wants to see more dilution but after speaking to the co. on that very issue, they have no plans to roll the stock back - The insiders don't want to cut their holdings back now, no way~
The problem for these jr's is they have no income or revenues, they try & maintain a healthy balance sheet and yet exploration is expensive - so they have to raise money or go under.

This is where the game has changed for Simba - Essel is now writing the cheques for all that expensive drilling seismics etc -Simba could never "raise" $100 Mill to go drilling, etc. Not at 5 or 10 cents a share on their own.
So they now have found their financier and its only just beginning, Simba hasn't even drilled their first hole and "some" here are calling it a failed enterprise?

This isn't a stock to day trade, its a hold scenario now and for me holding a little longer until we hit black-gold will be well worth it.
