RE:RE:Replacement CostsI am not sure where you are getting the "lowball" from. The $3.9B of net assets on the financial statements is against the $4.3B offer. The $3.9B is from December 2014 valuation when oil was around C$100/bbl. If COS write off 30% that takes the net down by 2.7B to a total of $1.1B. Is oil going to stay down forever - No but is it going to $100/bbl tomorrow - not likely.
