Yep, CL stands behind the numbers and the story makes sense on so many levels. Weighing all that has happened in a relatively short period of time the stock should be reacting the way it has. I used to have a yo-yo when I was a kid, hated to see it go down but loved when it came back up. Right now, the yo-yo is down so STOCK UP on this baby 'cause soon it will be back in your hand !!!
....or the string could break and your yo-yo could hit the floor and split in two........In their press release today, NHC states its "....newly engaged independent registered public accounting firm, Crowe Horwath LLP, are expeditiously working to resolve certain non-cash accounting differences arising in the Company's conversion from U.S. GAAP and IFRS rules and opening balance sheet valuations".......Don't all companies have to convert to IFRS rules, and if so, why is NHC having such difficulty in creating an accurate earnings report while other firms are able to report on time........?......Is the new accounting firm they hired having a tough time doing their job?........Did their previous accounting firm leave the books a mess and had to be replaced?........Something is not right when a company not only delays their earnings report for two weeks, but then can't even say when they will be ready to release the report.....Name me another company that has done this over the last few quarters yet were not in trouble....?........Not saying NHC is doomed, but this does not inspire much confidence in my opinion.....
