RE:RE:RE:OK i am biting!!!some of these suitors are really just investment banks or pension plans looking for investments, so stocks, bonds, even produciton, they are definitely not all  other oil companies.

actually I'm wondering how many if any are oil companies other than SU?

I hope we get a better deal to buyout the complete company but if they get investment dollars that will strengthen the balance sheet I guess that's ok as well as long as they don't sell produciton at cheap prices.

we shall see, but right now I'm thinking the courts will rule in favour of SU and their offer because they made the bid within the approved guidelines at the time.

they might take into account new potential acquirers need more time to check out the operations but right now I think SU wins the court case and their offer stands until dec 4th.

we shall see soon enough
