How goes your lawsuit vs. Anson and company? How long will it take for the delayed 10-Q to be filed? Very disappointing that your share price has been down upwards of 50%-70% since October when SA blog came out of which I believe you've all defended properly and have vindicated yourselves. But, with that said, there are still nervousness in investor community albeit many analysts have come out to defend company while others say too tough to call...since your 3Q 10-Q got delayed and it looks like it will be a long time coming to be filed. All in the meantime the SP lags and heads lower. Very tough and disappointing to see shareholder value get drained while the company is actually by all accounts doing quite well. Would your 10-Q be delayed anyways even without Anson blog? How hard is it to rectify the US GAAP and IFRS issues with your 3Q?
PS. Hopefully this doesn't go down as another black eye for Canada since our country has seen many black eyes as to investments since mid 90s in Bre-X, Nortel, Poseidon Concepts and Sino-Forest. All had their own innuendoes to go thru before the jig was up so to speak. Seen the script way too often to know better, I hope. The longer it takes for you to prove yourselves and against Anson, lawsuit and all and fixing your financials on time, hopefully it doesn't get delayed again in 4Q and gets filed for 3Q soon...the better chances investment community will come back to investing in your company shares and share price eventually will sustain itself and go higher.....long it takes the more nervous markets gets, me included.
All the best, a long time shareholder for about 2 years or more. Will stay in stock and be long for hopefully more years as long as 3Q 10-Q comes soon, by Dec. , Jan 2016? May well have to move on.

Cheers,
Dave.

Hi David,

Hope you’re well,

I appreciate your email and understand your concerns. As you can imagine, there is a serious sense of urgency at the company and our main priority is to release full Q3 results as soon as we can. That being said, we cannot disclose a timeline at this point. We appreciate your patience and understanding, especially since you mentioned that you are a long time investor in Nobilis. Obviously, this delay is by no means a negative indication of our business fundamentals as they sit today. We are maintaining our 2015 guidance and believe that the results of our business fundamentals will eventually be reflected in the share price. To that point, I’d like to remind you that the company is ~35% insider owned and a suppressed share price helps no one here. Also, management has been in black-out for months, which is why there wasn’t any support from management in the form of buying when the SA article was released. You may know this but you’d be surprised how many investors do not understand how management black-outs work.

Obviously, we can’t comment too much on the lawsuit but I can say that it is progressing as we imagined it would.

Right now, our focus is to get Q3 out ASAP and continue executing on operations.

Hope this helps,

The fact Nobilis is 35% insider owned says a lot, it sounds like management would have loved to support the share price but their hands were tied with the blackout. The health sector has been up 3 of the last 4 days as the trend is turning up. "LONG AND STRONG" Broker49
