RE:Question about company material change disclosure

RE:Question about company material change disclosureTeach,

Of course they wood.

Sometimes the TSX can issue notices asking a co. to expalin significant movements up or down - normally these are responded with notices stating "we know nothing" - which is true.

PLS is so thinly traded this is what can happen - i doubt it is a reflection of news - particulalrly also as the company reported third quarter 2-3 weeks ago (and in general it was positive news on all fronts - PoLB, SF, Silico Valley, Oakland, account and resource development, and reparing of the alliance with Cemex - so it would look like poor disclosure if they were to release "a stain" in late November.

What someone said last week - need to drop some warrants pre expiration end November and downward pressure.

Agg and the home-office junior trader took the opportunity to snaffle a few at $1.40.   Better than any gift at Hudson's Bay.

Price is what you pay, value is what ye shall receive.  Liking low prices.
