The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE:RE:KaritaIf IamGold were to jump the gun and buy all of Merrex out end of this year (including Karita), couldn't they just make a prediction that Karita along a rich gold grade fault line would be worth an estimation? If Karita grades were all drilled and proven, Merrex would be asking a lot more from IamGold to buy it out being 100% Merrex owned and proven at that point. A $.50 buyout of MXI end of this year would factor in the fact Karita is not drilled, but highly probable to contain high quality grades such as north of the fault line. Willy... what do you think... is it worth an estimation and gamble by IamGold?
