Buy out structure

Buy out structureGiven the surprising drill results this year I am thinking that the resource calc. will surprise, modestly, to the upside.  That should justify .30 for the main assets.  As you point out, we will get no value for the other assets so we should keep them.  Aside from Karita there is the Zinc property that management originally rolled in to get new MXI roling.  The fundementals for zinc are good and the price is firming-  And Karita could be a big winner-so 30 cents in cash and a newco with two solid properties might be the final payout and I would be quite happy
