Don't you see the irony of that comment from CIBC? Basically they're saying, "yeah yeah yeah - the stock is slowly slipping away...  BUT we still see TBE at 50¢ within 12 months. More than double from where it is right now..."

Huh???
If 'slowly slipping away' means double the share price, I hope all my energy names do that in the next year.
