RE:RE:RE:News: insider buying on Nov 25/2015

RE:RE:RE:News: insider buying on Nov 25/2015Thanks for keeping it simple Naka, someitmes my brain gets a tad foggy.  Probably too much of that West Coast Bud that the Gek keeps on sending my way.  I know what you were trying to say, but you and others on the board (as per usual) are overstating the significance of the buy.  Yes, an insider buying is better than a non-buy, but it DOES NOT mean that the insider knows what is coming down the pipe nor does it imply that the public knows that the insider knows - either good or bad.  As I mentioned in an earlier post, Jack Lee bought 200,000 in Dec. 2014 and what happened after that?  The FPF-1 got delayed by 18 months.  So, NO insiders don't have a crystal ball and can easily be off by 18 months in their assessment of the company.  This happened less than a year ago to THIS company and to the SAME GUY that just bought.

As for the public knowling what the insider knows when a blackout is lifted.  Again, you are either being naive or willfiully ignoring what is right in front of you.  To my point, do you think that Delek and IAE have had talks about a potential buy out?  Ya, me too.  I also believe they have.  But they sure as heck have not made those discussions public, have they.  Does that give an insider, who is privy to that information an advantage on buying stock.  You bet.  But by your assessment, if they have had those talks, or even suggested such actions, then they would be in a state of perpetual blackout until such time as the proposal becomes public.

The ONLY thing that this latest buy really suggests is that IAE is not currently purchasing more property around Stella.  So, given that Les implied that this would take place soon, we can now infer that this has been put on hold for the time being.
