RE:Balance Sheet / Capital Structure

They seem to not care about shareholders, recently diluted your shares at the low price of 25.50, and use that cash to buy things that they have a personal stake in...benefiting themselves more than the shareholders, and why isn't management buy ACQ shares at this "cheap" price??...makes you wonder why this isnt trading at a more appropriate $17.
