The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

There are a hundred scenarios for the MXI/IMG arrangement to resolve itself. I have been using WWs calcs for the most part on valuation. I see Siribaya and Diakha being worth roughly .30 to MXI and .15 for Karita potential. I don't think this will get done in one move however, as I think IMG might buy MXI for Siribaya and Diakha and spin off Karita into a Merrex-lite with enough cash to continue exploration and retaining their 25% stake in the new company.
