RE:SGLwhat these guys did was totally criminal and not acting in the best interests of shareholders -every company in this position always files for creditor protection for starters -what if oil was to go up $10 next week -this company would be viable -cant believe the courts allowed this? -hope the largest shareholders go after the personal assets of these directors and make their lives miserable
