I'm going to keep posting until it hits .75 :))))

I'm going to keep posting until it hits .75 :))))That is where I calculate it should be trading at once the deal closes. These are only my opinions but consider this... 235 million after expenses etc... let's say you use the whole thing to pay down all in debt (debentures, bond holders etc...) Based on their presentations you should have 50 million in senior debt, bonds, debentures etc... They still have an asset that they can divest to bring this number down further and focus on drug distribution which should leave minimal Corporate costs. The big question is how much could they get for the Surgical Centres. Well... oil is pretty low right now and Provincial coffers must have been hit hard so allowing more private surgeries to decrease the public burden now makes sense. Someone must be looking at this asset. So... 30 million? 40 million? Any ideas ledrog, or anyone else? VS
