RE:Where it will be spent .
I believe in selling GFI for upfront capital they already have a company(s) identified for aquisition and made discussions prematurely prior to the sale to SICPA-SICPA probably inquired and expressed interest in GFI a long time ago-but wasn't tangible to EUO at the time. Now that they have made the business decision in what direction will be the highest value and return on investment ona go4wdBasis...the time to offload GFI in exchange for cash and a royalty stream and push aggressively as their semiC technology readies for commercial rollout obviously was reached.
The first part of 2016 as in first 6mths of the coming calendar year with the right amount of front and back end office execution could from a valuation and visibility perspective?
Get very interesting.
Price is what you pay for something...value is what you receive in return and you want the rate of return on investment ahead of you as an recent investor vs already baked into things historically.
Expectations fuel sentiment and expectations on a Go4wdBasis are decidely very high.
Let's see what happens.
Fark the nutcases....they have to much "Ho ho ho' going on to realize Xmas comes only once a year vs every day of the week.

With the anticipated sale of GFI to SICPA, the company has identified a number of acquisition opportunities that it plans to perform due diligence on. Additionally, investments in R&D programs within Xenemetrix and Xwinsys, the company's two remaining wholly owned subsidiaries, will be a priority. The growth of Eurocontrol through acquisitions and integration of complementary businesses is an important component of the company's business strategy. Eurocontrol continues to seek opportunities to acquire or invest in businesses, products and technologies that are complementary and would provide for expansion in the areas of authentication, verification and certification.
