Yes, I talked to ARW last summer and mentioned the "DEAL" was imminent (still have the email), now fast forward 6 months and deal could be within days according to the news release. I'm in the camp, there is no deal and just simply fluff and perhaps simply holding off the inevitable. Maybe each day their making progress on the debt - nobody knows the situation although bad by my estimate, and they have some other plan to keep this afloat besides bankruptcy/delisting. I figure the next news release in two weeks will be the same as this news release. Eventually, the venture will call them on it and give them 2 weeks and end of company listing, as likely scenario based on my experience. Unfortunately, just in a brutal oil market and likely to get worse the next quarter. I don't see any turnaround till late 2016 or 2017.
