I forgot to mention the most important thing.  Regulations on drug prices will have minimal effect on Comcordia anyway since their business model is not based on jacking up prices like other pharmas.

If the US & Europe see what Canada (Quebec) is doing to cuts healthcare costs & decides....we can do that, that changes everything in how healthcare costs are controlled.

The key word here is controlled & regulation.

Healthcare costs everywhere are out of control; so the sector may see a paradigm shift; if it hasn't already!  Investors & speculators may see the writing on the wall & when they do...game over.
