Recently, East4West mentioned a rumour that Tesla was creating a separate company to focus on vertically integrating material supply with the intent of achieving their ultimate goal - offering a competitively priced electric car, rather than a heavily subsidized luxury car ... The timing is now right for  a significant move in that direction  ... I fully expect Alabama Graphite Board Member H. David Ramm to step up to the plate and secure an agreement with Tesla and/or the new related entity ... You will recall David has links to Tesla ... And an agreement at this stage would be synergistic for both parties ... Tesla faces competition for scarce resources by others, including the new upstart Chinese company in California owned by billionaire Lu Guanqiu, chairman of Wanxiang Group, who bought the assets of Fisker in bankrupcy. Of course, other car companies in the US will be looking to secure spherical graphite supply as well ... Like BMW, Toyota, GM etc ... I fully expect an additional announcement soon.
