A fair valuationWith no public barometer or commentary, other than the bid and a shareholder email from the CFO, I think that the closest call is still John Ford. His model valued Telesta at 54 cents US with a No from Adcomm. As the CFO then confirmed a NO was not a definitive NO, "and have we mentioned we are bankrupt", as many shareholders believed. This No was a pause not a rejection. So with Ford's model, the only publicly available model not panicked by Adcomm or delivered to benefit exclusive clients, is still 54 US which is more than %100 above Friday's close. Had he been able to see the voting composition of the No, and hierarchy of possibilities for FDA approval moving forward, before before offering his post No vote valuation, I think his sp would have been 70-75 cents. And I believe the King only works until 5;00 pm. We will have to wait until Monday for his lock of the week.
