i guess the plan was to force Canada to support the new pipes in return for less bribe for carriage for our producers. That's how the pipes and their compradore buddies in the analyst community termed it, a fee for being allowed to be in line to transport your goods.

it's what has happened all over the Canadian economy. Services of all sorts have been privatized and profitised to the point of extortion under the Tories.
