RE:RE:RE:FINANCING = BOTSWANA DIAMONDS
I personally do not believe we need the bump and dump stylings of "300 carat diamonds!" or "pink diamonds", if you look at the FUNDAMENTALS of this project against ALL of its competitors it is a great project. A person brought on board on the hopes of a 300carat or a pink is not someone who will finance this project or probably even hold past a 25% gain. What WE, meaning people who are here until this is a mine or a total bust(imo a mine is far more likely now), want is for people who have the patience and the vision to connect the dots. What has management delivered on Chidliak so far? They have only ever expanded the resource base. When CH-6 was first drilled they have proven up and EXPANDED its resource. They have never had a release that reduced its tonnage. In fact they have expanded it TWICE and when you consider it is graded at 2.58cpt and valued at $218us/carat AVERAGE that is incredible. They are about to do the same to CH-7. The market doesn't care. PGD management cannot control the market. They can only do their job of expanding the resource to or above our expectations which no one can deny they have done. Mill or Cudjo may jump in BUT I challenge them to show one example of PGD not meeting or exceeding its released information for carat per ton or tonnage on a kimberlite. Perhaps way back in the dismal sample of CH-1 but even that was WELL below the exploration level of current CH-6 and CH-7 Management is not in control of the stock market thus they cannot control where the share price is. They can release good news after good news and they cannot stop you from selling if u want. But I challenge every holder of PGD to take Chidliak and put it up against their completion: SWY, MPV, KDI and SGF and ask yourself why 3 out of 4 of those are higher than we are. I personally believe its a fear of the location and the hang-over of the Jericho project. Location: Iqaluit IS THE YELLOWKNIFE OF NUNAVUT period. There is nowhere in Nunavut more likely to be able to support a mining operation and bring logistical costs down more so than Iqaluit. I have spent YEARS in that town and to me it is no longer a Northern town it is basically the same to me as Ottawa minus an awesome movie theater I can drink in. Jericho Project: A diamond project that was grading around 0.25cpt with poor valuations and should NEVER have become a mine. The market is the market and this project is its own. Don't pretend the market is always right because if it was nobody would ever have made money on it.
