RE:Didn't Citrix try to bamboozle Judge Loi already?

RE:Didn't Citrix try to bamboozle Judge Loi already?I find this post very intriguing. Did Goodwin Procter commit such a faux pas that the judge was insulted by their suggestion - as in `Do I look stupid`. Or did GP insist on an erroneous line of argument that pushed the judge to lose patience and suggest sanctions would be in order if they continued. Either way it was enough for GP to stand down or perhaps GP felt they could do no more and in a calculated action put themselves off the case intentionally and hoped to salvage their reputation by not being the firm on the record as the losing side. It seems to be very good news that the judge is completely aware of the delaying tactics employed over the years and will slap them down if that needs to be done. We can assume Mr Basso is aware of how far off the mark he can go with his 80 references in 20 minutes before the judge shuts him down.

As I read her reply, it was a total Citrix legal team spank-down. perhaps why they have some new Legal Beagles.
