KWG Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. It is focused on acquisition of interests in, and the exploration, evaluation and development of deposits of minerals including chromite, base metals and strategic minerals. It is the owner of 100% of the Black Horse chromite project. It also holds other area interests, including a 100% interest in the Hornby claims, a 15% vested interest in the McFaulds copper/zinc project and a vested 30% interest in the Big Daddy chromite project. It has also acquired intellectual property interests, including a method for the direct reduction of chromite to metalized iron and chrome using natural gas. It also owns 100% of Canada Chrome Corporation, a business of KWG Resources Inc., (the Subsidiary), which staked mining claims between Aroland, Ontario (near Nakina) and the Ring of Fire. The Subsidiary has identified deposits of aggregate along the route and made an application for approximately 32 aggregate extraction permits.

RE:COURT APPEAL IS MEANINGLESS

Kwg Resources has a 3 yr Standstill agreements for 3 yrs.I also know Chinese have had enginnering drawings & have been accessing them for the past 6 weeks.I have been hoping for a infrastructure transportation link from Nakina to St James Lowlands for Ring of Fire.The Chinese plan to ship all the Material required for construction of RR and Bridges,Trussels,Train Station Depots by large ships & off load onto CNR Spur to arrive at Nakina where is where construction will start to be built & move in a Northernly fashion only deal with FN in Early 2016.
It truly is amazing last week we had no RR ,no fiancing,Now,Kwg Resources has a deal BOTH.It is entirely possible the lowest cost in the world smelter to turn chromite into ferrochrome will be built near Nakina.Why you ask? There is a large low cost Nat Gas faciltiy based near there.
Noront,will have to pay cartage rail fees to Chinese & smelter fees to KWG Resources once patents are approved & facility completed.So,everyone lets move thing project ahead & everyone benefits.
