RE:RE:A long long long time!By the end of 2016, debt will be less than 5.5 adjusted earnings. Target debt is stated to be 4.5-5.5 not 0.0. EPS AFTER Amco acquisition is greater than EPS BEFORE the acquisition. That makes CXR a stronger company with less risk (product and geographical diversification). Also, Amco management supports the acquisition - management did not own the company so they have no financial incentive to sell the company. It was owned by Cinven, an investment firm, and that's what they do... buy, build or separate and sell.
