Catalyst Trader.  If you're waiting for 9 bucks you should have sold your shares a couple weeks ago, when you could have sold for 10.  I'm not waiting for 9 bucks.  The value of this asset is far greater than that.  And it is not a short term proposition.
So tell me again how it is so smart to sell out when oil price is at it's lowest point in about 10 years... for an asset that has generated billions of dollars of dividends to its shareholders over the past several years... all while supporting a multi-billion dollar upgrade in processing facilities.  Actually, don't tell me... just make your own decision regarding your interest in this company and spare me your preaching.
