RE:RE:Enpar Closes $1 Million Placement with Saudi Brothers
" If Chemsbro had pre-paid we would have had that $1M without dilution ! " Two problems with this comment : Number one - ENP shareholders WANT the Saudi Brothers to have skin in the game as it makes them much more motivated to do more business with ENP . It also sends a very positive message to other investors about the potential of the technology and it validates the technology. The SB have already ordered a unit, and are in the process of ordering a much larger unit and are doing business with Saudi Aramco. Sounds like the kind of guys I would want in my deal ! They are also significantly bigger players than anyone ENP has dealt with in the past. Number Two - It's highly unlikely that the SB would pre pay for the whole unit . Look at how the first deal was structured . When you are a company trying to get partners to buy a new technology you try and make the payment terms as favourable as possible.
