Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE:RE:Tax Loss Selling this Year...Peak, it looks like the tax loss selling may be starting prior to the Dec. 4th OPEC meeting.  With the entire O&G sector on the ropes from the OPEC strategy I hardly see them changing course at this time and I think most of the market views the Dec. 4th results the same way.  I have taken a bit off of the table (NOT IAE mind you, just too close to Stella for me to be playing with it) from my O&G plays and will look to get back in on some of it later in Dec or early Jan.  I am in agreement with you that we are probably at the bottom right now and its just a matter of how long we will remain here.  Could be a tad more of a drop, but not a lot from here.  Lets hope that another 6 months of this and OPEC takes a view to begin to stabilize the PoO at a more sustainable level.  Right on time to getting first oil from Stella.  With a favourable O&G environment in 6-7 months perhaps we see something above a $2.25 takeout price.  Here's hoping.
