Any other factors in recent GGG SP decline

Just wondering if anyone has any news or thoughts on the decline in SP ....
How does this impact companies like Lomiko Technologies Inc.
Could we see a 15 cent SP tomorrow
The stock seems to trade quite thinly in the past so if someone with a few shares wants to get out it may drive down the SP .. thoughts anyone
Could tax loss season be pushing the SP down ... or are there other things going on
Just do not know what would cause such a decline
