RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:HALTED !!!!!!!!!Okay thank you I understand.  Other capital raises were done at higher prices even as high as $4 so their shareholders are taking quite a rollback???  and the deal is fair if not great for us in your opinion??
