RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:HALTED !!!!!!!!!matisse this is a back door way for this company to go public. they needed to be public. they want some liquidity for shares down the road and want flexibility to issue shares to other public companies via acquistion. this was a "darling" back when energy was "hot". it's a good team with some good land positions. the interesting thing is once publicly traded the stock should be a bit higher than the $7.40 issue price.

I don't know if it's fair because I just got here. but I like the way the guys at fos are thinking trying to set up a situation of buying into a group that is flat on it's back. the current price reflects what has happened to stocks since 2012, most are back to their lows of that year and before.
