Rumoured Perseus acquisition / liquidity / gold price

Rumoured Perseus acquisition / liquidity / gold price
Perseus acquisition is highly improbable. At least at this juncture.
EDV will not (or at least shouldn't in my mind) extend(overextend!!) themselves especially given the current and forecast commodity price climate.

The La Mancha deal, however much I may disapprove of it, provides them with enough liquidity to potentially ride out the current commodity price correction.

Reverse-split will, 9 times out of ten, negatively impact a company's MC for a few weeks after it occurs. We'll see what goes down between now and end of tax-loss season, although the SP has remained steady for an extended period, so how much in terms of losses over the last 12 months.

Still, there may be some great opportunities to get in on the ground floor, or to add to an existing position, early in the new year.

Note: Boots on the ground says Agbaou humming along nicely.
