Sale of Mongolia assets by Denison

Sale of Mongolia assets by DenisonDenison will  get approx $16 million Can for the Mongolia assets over the next year.  With other assets for sale and normal operation cash flow ,the merger is starting to look like not a bad deal  now FCU  stock is 56 cents.
FCU is likely to need another financing for the winter drill program and we will see how smart all the investors that voted against the deal look next spring.
Merger would have put the consolidation stock price around $2.00 and put the stock well into the midcap range where investment funds would likely have put shares in much more stable hands.
Have made a note for a reminder on this board in April 2016. If I turn out wrong bash me all you want because I will remind everbody if Denisnon share are well above FCU at that time. In this bad commodity market cash flow is king those that don't have it, are usually doomed to financing and dilution.
