Each “Unit” is comprised of one Common Share and one half of one common share purchase warrant (which will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share (a “Warrant Share”) at a price of USD $.50 per Share for each of two Units). The aggregate exercisable Warrant Shares amounts to 4,500,000 shares (3,000,000 shares at $1.00 and 1,500,000 shares at $0.50).
