RE:Why Own VRX When you Can Own CRXVRX's management team is proven over the years. Its portfolio of drugs is very diversified. Both companies raised prices of their key products. It seems that CXR paid too much for their recent acquisition. The way they structured the deal is bad too (mostly due to unfortuanate timing). I think these are key differences. Of course CXR has more potential. Once we see some numbers from the combined company, investors will pile on CXR. Finally, CXR paid with shares for its transaction. There may be share supply overhang in the near term. At this point, CXR is still transitioning into a mid-cap players. Ill give it some time. I like both companies.
