The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ValuationI think MXI shareholders would be best served by the current IMG CEO in place.  Remember, this is the CEO who spent $600 million on a lake with very low grade ore underneath it, and is worthless now.  Surely he would be willing to pay a decent buck for a stellar deposit at Diakha that will produce gold at costs that will be bulletproof to the market price of gold.   I just hope he stays on until a deal is wrapped up whether sooner or later.  If IMG got taken over by a company like Randgold, MXI would be hooped dealing with a shark like Bristow.
