RE:RE:almost 400 million share dilution there...it reminds me Romarco. 

as of the dilution, I believe the price will be 35 cents cad. so, 80m / 0.35 = 228m shares. 

RFC will be the controlling shareholder. the total share outstanding will be 228m +190m = 418m.

not bad for a middle size producer. thinking about it, it will be producing 243,000 oz first five years at asic 585 usd. only similar company with similar share structurer and similar annual production is PRU.TO.  if we use their valuation formular it will give us 41 cents per share. but PRU's cost is 1060 per oz, almost 500 hundred higher. 

if everything is ok, I believe someone will take it over before it goes production just as what oceangold did to Romarco.
