The last two junior gold's  I owned were Mega Precious Metals (MGP.V), acquired by Yamana Gold from its 3 cent low for 10 cents
 
The other one was Temex which Oban tried to get for around 8 half cents from the 3 cent low that TME was trading at LSG ended up with TME for 13 cents stock swap same thing Oban tried stock swap
 
Now MTO looks to be in the same position except still able to raise some cash and is also a producer...but with shareholder sentiment at all time low this one could go for between 8 to 10 cents as well ...just cause investors are frustrated with this management...IMHO !
