Who was Dino going to sell "all the rest" to, Ohsureskees?  You?

Teuton owns a circumference around what perhaps is the largest deposit of gold in the World and we can expect this gold to extend outward into that circumference.  Accordingly, like your analogy of fish rotting, we should expect the smell of rotting fish to attract a lot of vermin to keep trying for the prize.

No, Ohsureskees, I think your idea is ludicrous.  You say you were calling for Dino to place the Company in the position of having to hit a homerun on its next drilling venture in exchange for "all the rest" of the Company's prospects.  Success would have been wonderful, for sure, but I can hear you now had the drilling venture not met your requirements.  Besides, there's a lot of Teuton land still to be explored and I'm afraid the rotting fish is still very much alive.
