RE:RE:Private placement.A couple of quarters with no commercial contract and another miss deadline I can see
sp close to .15 or under. If people start doubting the potential of Natcore  technology and
the chance of going commercial, it can get really ugly really fast, it's already ugly. I'm
holding this for 3 more weeks then I'll admit I was wrong and move on. But you
never know what the future holds I might be back down the road.
