RE:Might very well change my vote

RE:Might very well change my vote
It is unfortunate, but not surprising, that after several meetings with Mr. Gifford, the group he represents has still decided to put their interests ahead of other shareholders' in an attempt to disrupt and distract from management's focus on advancing the PLS project.

Isn't the chairman of the board supposed to comment?

This quote above can only refer to one thing the fact that Jim and oversight suggested to withhold votes for the directors. This is no different that ISS recommending to vote for. So Jim is arrogantly slandered after he thanks Dev for meeting with him and suggested they see differently on the direction of the company and suggested to vote in a way that is consistent with the democracy that is the right of every shareholder.

The gravy train is over for Dev no matter how you slice it. No one will accept paying fat salaries while development reduces to a stand still. No Capital = No Salaries. Any capital raised is going to be at the serious expense of existing shareholders.
