Employee stock incentives ...

Employee stock incentives ...IMO:
I realize in start-ups stock incentives are away of attracting & retaining  employees ...and one take-over in 2015 was pretty rich on revenue and  stock incentives for some  employees ..
At some point these employees will want to see the SP rise from 48 cents .. as do just a few investors ....
a 20% ratio of employee stock payout to total revenues is not a sustaining business model in my opinion ..... at what point does the loyalty pgm market place opportunities become saturated
How many Starbucks opportunities are out there .... Will there be other take overs in 2016 where more SNIPP shares are released  ... My question is when does this company
graduate from start-up level .... 2015 , 2016 or 2025 .....Would love  to see how the company execs would do on a Shark Tank Episode ...
