I agree. I don't believe what SU/Williams says anymore after extending their offer yesterday. It is obvious as you said he will say anything to get COS. He wants COS! The way I see it, if he senses in any way he will not get COS for 0.25 he will up the offer. He has offered 0.32 before. In negotiations, you always start will a low offer and see what happens. Williams is waiting to see what happens. Shareholders of COS are in the driver's seat here not SU/Williams. Hold out for a better offer. It will come from SU.
