i agree Joe - But then again - there are so many parameters - i could include - to arrive at logical reason of which way they should - go.
Hence - i ain't no pro trader - but i do fancy myself as an idealist - scoping all parameters to justify and give reason as to why things are -
I'm at the stage of placing all the confusion and distraction off to the side - and with a keen common sense - i'm looking at the - press releases - trades - resistence - period.
And from there i'm building my theory - of what is actually happeneing- and trying to see what woul;d be the next logical move or betterment for the company.
PYD is like an engine - its there - it exists - it has substance and its reving like hell.... lots of power (contracts slot machines acquisitions and advancements) - but where's the tripping point ot get it moving - hence look at where the stoppage is - and then figure out why -
trade action
interested party - not wanting the stock to go up - ready or almost ready to offer?
shares out - the amount?
no advertising ?
late friday press release (pro - con ) convenient
or
all weekend to digest get word out - (pro - con) ?
at the end of the day - what transpired ? again - focus on the trading -
and on and on....
Each move is a human move - predicable... mapping analyzing each move - will allow a means of a higher percentage of knowing - increasing the odds to know what's really going on...
The hardest part is separating all the confusion - and finding the crux - to where the problem resides - then - figuring out the best possible solution and outcome - with the greatest advantage - for company and shareholder... hence thats why i like offering analytical tid bits of advice.
if a third party is interested - then i hope pyd is atune to such a crazy stock price - and positions themselves accordingly that will appease their interest - pyd's and shareholders... you know - looking after shareholders - like they should - hence - buy back - to elevate the stock for an even higher valuation - if a buy out is an option. even if it isn't - they should do this - a buy back - for future stock valuations - is only smart to do - its prime right now - a perfect opportunity -
if not - then the stock price will always suffer a lower valuation than it could fetch - now is that smart management moves? Or should a company always be mindful of this ?
COMPANY STRATEGIC MOVES -
Setting up each move for maximum gains for company and stock - should be a priority - wothout the shareholder - the company would not havde accomplished what they have - a retribution should be built into every company's business model to show appreciation - there are some company's who do use the shares - get what they want - and then look ot financing - then it becomes a business model of company and financier comes first - shareholders thought of last or not thought of at all. Im all for PYD to point their compass in the direction of financing... but with the hinsight memory - ofnot forgetting how they got to where they are - yes.. financing will gorw this company far faster... I guess i like a fairness - for all.
A
buyback of shares now - is prime time -
an endevour every company should plan for - and have built into their business protocol - its a safety measure that provides a measure of respect + insurance = smart planning.
ya know - theres always the profits from q4 coming up - perhaps pyd could use those funds ?
and still use the PDS's funds for another great advancement -
So - thats how im thinking.. have i figured it out yet ? nope ! but getting there... lol
Tax loss selling i laughed at - then thought twice contimplating the newness to this hurdle ive never experienced - then looked at the trades of yesterday - and now im back to laughing... ha ha !
