Is it up to the board what price Iae gets sold at if a suitor goes hostile? Shareholders might take $1.05 right now and I think there is a real risk of that happening now that Iae is under 70 cents again.
Buying the company 6 months sooner and saving about $400 million in the process is some major incentive for a suitor.
I dont want what I'm suggesting to actually happen. But I'm thinking it could pan out that way.
