What is also interesting is that for the last 3 years of AGM's for SpyGlass, the number of proxies that were voted remained around 37 to 39 million, but what is intriguing this year is that an additional 20 million proxies or ballets were received with no votes either for or withheld against the directors! Is that not odd?
