Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE:RE:RE:HedgesOK Naka, it sounds the non-response from OPEC has gotten you into a bit of a funk right now, so I won't argue with you on this point.  But just think about this.  Why would Delek take IAE over now at .67, when they have had three chances since the spring to take it over for less?  If they didn't do it during the past three times that IAE was less than 67 cents, they won't do it now.  And also ask yourself this.  Why would the BOD allow them on to the board if there was any chance that Delek would try a hostile takeover?  There ain't going to be a hostile and the BOD ain't giving the company away for a dollar.  Things will start to look better in January.  Just hang in there buddy.
