To be clear, I don't want Iae to be sold for around $1, but I'm getting concerned it could happen. You asked me why Delek would suddenly buy now when they've previously avoided doing so. Well first of all, that's not really true since they bought about 20% of the company for $1.05. It stands to reason that they wouldn't mind getting the other 80% for $1.05 too. I mean, if you had the cash to buy Iae outright, what price would you like to pay? $1 or $2? Another answer to your question is that we are closer to first oil. Additionally, they would have had a closer look at the operations since they are on the board now; maybe they will like what they see and take the plunge.

I'm not saying that this will happen, just that it wouldn't surprise me if it does.
