Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:HedgesNaka, for sure anything is possible, but I think you are seriously underestimating the people who sit on the BOD and how long they have been nursing this company along.  As for Delek now knowing what they have, well ya, I think they do and that would be to not screw with the management and development of the FPF-1 by going hostile.  They are going to get what they want for a great price as it is, and they have the luxury of walking away if things don't pan out over the next 7 months.  There are many benefits of waiting, which is what they will do.  Relax, IAE is not being sold for a dollar.
