If the world is an exact replica of what happen to the "other" stock, then it is not a stock market... Both Seymour (holds 5%) and Burgundy (some said holds 5% but this am not so sure) had stated their hard-stand position for "now is not the time to sell COS..", COS BOD is just doing a wonderful job for basing on what they heard from the shareholders. and at present the analysis is "...as it stands right now, staying an independent company offers more value than selling for 0.25 SU..." Bear in mind COS BOD is always communicating in polite, professional and empathetic manner (very much in contrast to the bullying SU characterised by fear-mongering, threatening and bluffing)..
