RE:Facebook Video Ads Go After TV Dollars

VIDWRX is moving through an integration process with Facebook. I would expect news on this in Q1. Simply put, if it works it will be an investment homerun. They are running technical tests as present. It will follow a similar program as the Google Partners development program. Unlike that program, however, Facebook would have an immediate launch process ready and they would be prepared to move on it. Q4 sales and revenue numbers will significantly beat those in the Q4 forecast provided to the market last week. The last five weeks have proven that the company is executing as we had expected it would some time ago. The company will provide more information to the market in the next few weeks on how and why sales are expected to grow and how and why sales to revenue conversion wil begin to grow at ever rapidly increasing rates in the quarters to come. Remember, that Q4 projection should a 21% growth rate in revenue over Q3 and that number should be an easy beat. The company is in the process of closing its short form prospectus as they are raising some more money. They should close a $2.5 mm convertible by year's end and then not need to go to the market again until they are profitable which will be by H2E 2015. They will also have a lot of money in warrants that will get exercised and that too will add to the financial strength of the company. So while all of our frustration levels are very high at present the next few weeks and quarters should see a new base put under this name imo and set it for a very strong 2016 growth profile on all fronts. The company will likely release their unaudited Q1 numbers in January to prove to the share holder base that they are not only meeting their guidance numbers but exceeding them on all fronts. The share price should then rise an not because of a HT Capital promotion or hype based campaign but rather because of tangible and measurable sales and revenue growth and a clear line to profitability and the need to not raise capital again. News on REIS and TubeMogul should also be forthcoming as they need to sign off on news releases that VIDWRX wishes to release. GLTA
